Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains how FGSX LTD (“FGSX”, “we”, “us”) handles information in connection with our website at fgsx.co.uk and the services we provide. We’re committed to handling your information responsibly and in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).
The short version
Our website is mainly informational. We don’t sell your data, we don’t run intrusive tracking, and we only use information you choose to give us in order to respond to you and provide our services.
Information we collect
- Information you give us directly — for example when you book a call, email us, or get in touch about working together. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number and details about your business.
- Booking information — when you schedule a call we use Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Any details you enter there are handled under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
- Basic technical information — like any website, our host and content delivery network may process standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To provide, run and improve our advertising and marketing services for you.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
Sharing your information
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers that help us run our business and this website — for example our scheduling tool (Calendly), our website host and the advertising platforms we operate campaigns on (such as Meta and Google) where relevant to delivering your services. Each processes data under its own terms and applicable law.
If we contacted your business first
Sometimes we email a business, or message its owner on LinkedIn, before it has contacted us, to introduce our advertising services. We only do this to limited companies and other incorporated businesses, at a business email address or the owner’s LinkedIn profile, and every message says who we are and how to stop hearing from us.
What we hold: your business name, website, business email address and phone number, where the register publishes it the name of a director, and if we’ve messaged you on LinkedIn, the address of your public LinkedIn profile.
Where it came from: public sources only: your business’s Google listing, your own website, the Companies House register, and for LinkedIn an ordinary web search for your public profile. We never buy lists.
Why we’re allowed to: our legitimate interest in offering a relevant business service to businesses that might use it (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We weighed that against your interests: the contact is about your business, not you personally, it’s at most three emails or two LinkedIn messages, and one reply stops it.
Your right to object: you can object to us using your details for marketing at any time, and we will stop. Reply “no” or “stop” to any of our emails or messages, or email contact@fgsx.co.uk. After that we keep only your email address (or LinkedIn profile address) on a do-not-contact list, so we never contact you again.
How long we keep it: six months from our last email or message if we never hear back, then we delete it.
Who else sees it: the email-sending and email-checking tools we use (each under its own data processing terms). We never sell or share your details with anyone else.
Your other rights: you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies & analytics
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. To understand how the site is used, we use Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly measurement tool that counts visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. If how we measure the site ever changes, we’ll update this policy.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these, just email us (below) and we’ll help. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Keeping your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and then delete or anonymise it.
